Vincent has lived in the city for a lifetime, having grown up in the Eastside and Southbridge communities. He has a demonstrated record of community involvement since high school. He was a founding board member of the Henrietta Johnson Medical Center and the Southbridge Community Action Association. He is also a long-serving member of the Northwest Civic Association and the First District Planning Council.
